Ocean Support can assist ocean projects move from idea to action by sharing VOTO’s capabilities. We support researchers and project teams with technical expertise, specialist equipment, operational know-how, data capacity and access to experienced people.

Our role is to help close the practical gaps that can stop important work from moving forward. That may mean supporting field planning, shaping a methodology, deploying technology, operating vessels, collecting data or helping translate complex ocean knowledge into something more accessible.

Ocean Support is not primarily a grant-making function. It is a way of putting VOTO’s knowledge, infrastructure and hands-on experience to work where they can make a meaningful difference.
